    1. How do I contact Munch Paws?

      For a quick questions you may chat with Bella at the bottom of the page. Or, you may contact us by submitting a form below or email us at info@munchpaws.com and our team will get back to you within 1-2 business days. 

    2. How do I place my order?

      Click add to cart from the product you chose and choose continue button as you go along with your cart. 

    3. How long until I receive my order?

      Once your order has confirmed the payment, you may expect it to receive within 1-2 days. 
    4. How do I cancel my order? 

      If you have changed your mind, or made a mistake please let us know as soon as possible.  If your order has not been picked up for delivery, we can offer options to get you all your products as efficiently as possible. If your order has already been shipped, please do contact us.
    5. Do you ship internationally?

      Unfortunately, we do not ship any orders outside B.C. (British Columbia) Canada.
    6. Return Policy

      If you're not satisfied with your Munch Paws purchase, you can return the product for the purchase price (minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap and other charges). Product must be in its original packaging.
